Cas Xot is a beautiful new built mallorcan villa situated on a cobbled pathway in the hamlet of Biniaraix, one of the prettiest villages in Spain if you read the books, just outside Soller.
The house looks as though it has been in the village for centuries and yet it was only built over the last two years. It therefore has all the luxuries you would require of a first class home and the centrepiece is the infinity pool which has views towards to mountains.
 Cas Xot is ideally located for walking and touring around the Tramuntana mountains and the North of Mallorca, while, if you would like to explore the city, then Palma is only a 30 minute drive away.
The house has its own private garden leading straight from the open plan family kitchen/dining/living space.
There are numerous orange and lemon trees, tables and chairs, sunloungers and a BBQ alongside an amazing infinity pool.
Cas Xot sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin which can be turned to a king size if desired). All bedrooms have wardrobes, a set of drawers and bedside tables. The Master has walk through wardrobes to an en-suite shower room. Every bedroom has at least one private balcony with views to the Soller Valley.
There are 3 bathrooms at Cas Xot. The main family bathroom with full bath, walk in shower, vanity unit and toilet has been furnished in tavertino stone throughout. The en-suite bathroom to the master is clad in local stone and has a large walk in shower. Downstairs is a third shower room just off the kitchen area with a full shower, toilet and vanity unit.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with Lacanche electric and gas range cooker, fridge, dishwasher, belfast sink, and a large island unit. The kitchen is shaker style with black granite worktops and is a wonderful kitchen to cook in.
The utility room has a large fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. We also provide an iron and board and a drying rack to allow you to dry clothes.
The dining area within the kitchen has a large table which can seat up to 10 and the lounge area has two sofas around a large open fireplace.
 The second lounge area on the top floor has two large sofas, a traditional Mallorcan fireplace, a TV, English Satellite system and DVD player with a selection of titles. A range of books are also available during your stay. There is also a CD player in the house.
 This room has large swing open doors which give open views towards the whole Soller Valley. It is the perfect room for entertaining or for settling down to watch the sunset with a glass of red wine !
 From the top floor lounge there is a large terrace with an outdoor seating area, with coffee table. This terrace also has views across the whole valley.
The house is fully Air Conditioned and Centrally Heated.
There is a beautiful private garden with views to the Soller Valley. The garden has a table and chairs, sunloungers and numerous fruit trees. The garden is terraced.
  Children Welcome - we have cots, high chairs, bed sides, stair gates and a range of childrens toys for your use. The kitchen terrace and first garden area has a gate to stop direct access to the pool. Please be aware that we have tried to make the garden as child friendly as possible however children should still be supervised at all times.
Our Nanny, who is English, fully Norland trained and qualified, and lives full time in Soller , is available for babysitting/care at 15 Euro per hour by arrangement.
All linen and towels provided ( seperate towels provided for the house and the pool/beach)

Great restaurants within walking distance and lots within a short drive
Parking is about 75 metres from the house just at the base of the cobbled steps of Biniaraix (the house is on a small cobbled road which is inaccessible to traffic making it lovely and peaceful)
