 Notes on prices
Prices are in Euro per week for the house.
Please call for prices with regards to long term bookings or late availabilty where discounts will be considered.
Prices for weekly lets include electricity, oil and your first basket of logs for winter lets. For long term lets electricity and oil for the central heating incurs an charge per amount used.
Prices for weekly lets include all bedding and towels, including seperate towels for the pool.
Prices include a welcome basket with essential food items.
If you would like us to complete your first large grocery shop for you prior to your stay then we charge the amount of the grocery bill plus 20 Euro for petrol and time expences.
Our minimum stay period is 7 days.
Our Nanny, who is English, fully Norland trained and qualified, and lives full time in Soller, is available for babysitting/care at 15 Euro per hour by arrangement. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
Extra Maid services and a Private Chef can be arranged at extra cost. Please call or email for details. The private chef is available to cater for parties and can be hired on a "one meal" basis if required.
Please note: our prices DO NOT include flights or hire car.
Changeover day
Generally our changeover day is Saturday.
We ask guests to arrive after 3:30pm
We ask guests to depart prior to 10:00 am
If your flights arrive early or depart late you are welcome to leave your bags at the our house (across the cobbled street) until the property is ready for you.
We do try to be flexible with regards to the changeover time and day if it is possible. This is, of course, dependant on other clients.
Booking notes
Once you have decided on your holiday dates we require a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total holiday price to confirm your booking.
The remaining payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Payment is preferred in the form of a bank transfer. If you wish to pay with cheque then we need at least 3 weeks to clear the cheque prior to the payment date
